Creating Culture

David has led initiatives to create a winning culture at the organizations he has worked with.  He works with staff and players to identify values and corresponding behaviors that the organization can practice and adhere to day by day.  

Putting these values into action day by day is where the challenge lies. Every player on a team can identify how important respect, leadership, hard-work, and other similar values are for success. The difficulty lies in training with complete alignment to these values day after day.

David helps the teams he works with identify the most important values for them and then creates a structure and process that helps the team to train to those values daily. In particular he helps teams with the following:

• giving and receiving critical feedback

• applying consistent disciplined effort during training

• conflict resolution

• creating deeper connections between players

• goal-setting

• effective active reviews of matches and practice
